I have 2 children ages 5 and 3. Both kids are learning gymnastics at an exceptional rate and I am beyond impressed with the coaching and facilities found here. I would highly recommend that you enrol your children here, quickly. Word is getting around and programs will have waitlists soon I have no doubt. Superb coaching skills and each child is able to develop at their own pace and level. Magnificent!!!!!

Since coming to Gold Medal Gymnastics, my daughter has learned more in any one lesson with Coach Nistor than she did in eight-week sessions at our old gymnastics club. When my older daughter saw the strides her little sister was making she joined, too. At 13, she had no previous experience, but Coach Nistor gave her the confidence to try and she loves the classes. Gold Medal has state-of-the-art equipment and the best coaching I’ve ever encountered.

It has been a year since the boys joined Gold Medal Gymnastics and I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for an excellent program. It's been wonderful to watch the boys each week; they have learnt so many skills and gained so much confidence. I love that though it's a group class you recognize each child's individual ability and challenge and believe in them to achieve their best. The boys truly love and respect you and excitedly look forward to class each week. Keep up the great work!

It has not even been a year yet since Michael has started gymnastics at Gold Medal Gymnastics. He originally started because he wanted to learn how to tumble and we were recommended to you by a family member. He started in your youth recreational class once a week.At the time he started gymnastics last January, Michael was struggling academically, he was having issues with overall energy levels and was generally disinterested. The turnaround we have seen in Michael these past ten short months has been nothing short of incredible. His marks have steadily climbed. He now is on time when asked to adhere to deadlines, and we no longer have to fight with him to get his homework done. His overall attitude as well as his fitness and self image are fantastic. We attribute a lot of Michael’s change not only to his new found passion for gymnastics but more so to your mentorship and guidance. You have, through gymnastics, helped to demonstrate to Michael that nothing comes easy, but with hard work and dedication anything is truly attainable. As we live in Oakville and drive by several Gyms just to get to Gold medal Gymnastics, I have asked Michael if he would consider moving to a closer gym (as he is now attending Gymnastics three times a week), and I get a resounding “no way” each time I bring it up. Thank you to you Nistor and to your entire Gold Medal Gymnastics Family for helping to inspire our teenage son out of mediocrity.
