Boys Recreational is a non-competitive program where the boys learn gymnastics skill progressions on each of the men's artistic gymnastics apparatuses (floor, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars, and horizontal bar). Through work on each apparatus, students will be challenged with a multitude of motor experiences that develop coordination, balance, flexibility, strength, and more. Students are divided into age groups to better serve their developmental ability of each of them. These groups are given a set of skills to master in each area of gymnastics. As the age goes up, the expectations and the level of gymnastics skills intensify. The time for training increases as well. As part of this program, the following classes are available: 

Junior Rec Boys (Age 6 - 9 years old)
DAYS/TIME: Saturday 1:05 - 2:05
RUNNING TIME: 1 hour
​MONTHLY FEE (4 classes/month, once a week): $140+HST (13%) 

Youth Rec Boys (Age 9 - 14 years old)
DAYS/TIME: Saturday 2:10 - 3:30 
RUNNING TIME: 1 hour & 20 minutes
​MONTHLY FEE (4 classes/month, once a week): $150+HST (13%)
